REGISTER YOUR CHILD

Registration is once again via PlayHQ.  If it is your first time using PlayHQ, you will need to create an account before you can begin the registration process.  The account should be created in a parent’s name and using their details. Once the account has been created, you will be able to log into the system and register each of your children.

Players are welcome to play multiple games a week with E.Bees.  All players can play on a Saturday and a midweek game if they choose.  You must register for both competitions if you wish to play twice a week.  Below is the information about which competitions are available.

​Mondays: Girls U8s – U16s Mixed U8s / Senior Women

Fridays: Boys ONLY - U10, U12, U14, U16, U18 & U23

Saturdays: Mixed- U8, U10 Girls- U8, U10, U12, U14, U16, U18 Boys- U10, U12, U14, U16, U18

Registration Fees

$115 for Junior Domestic players

Basketball Victoria requires each player to pay a “Basketball Victoria Annual Participation Licence” fee for insurance purposes.  The Basketball Victoria annual fee is $29 for Juniors and $43 for players 18 yrs and over.  This fee will be listed as a separate item at payment and will cover the player for 365 days from payment.

Sibling Discount: A 15% discount will automatically be deducted when registering more than 1 child per family in the same competition.

Multiple Game Discount: If your child is playing multiple games a week email the registrar (registrar@ebees.org.au) before registering to receive a discount voucher to use when checking out for your child's second game.

Free registration for all new EBees players in U8 & U10: Please email the registrar (registrar@ebees.org.au) with your child's date of birth to receive one free registration discount code to be used at registration checkout.

Senior Men's competition
E.Bees will support players moving out of the junior competition who choose to play in the E.Bees uniform by covering the team bond for 4 seasons.  Teams register themselves to a chosen competition and will be responsible for managing their own team.

Uniforms
 
New E.Bees members will have a uniform account set up by our supplier once they register.  You will then be able to purchase a uniform directly from them.   If you have further queries about uniforms please email uniforms@ebees.org.au
 
A singlet and shorts to play in cost $100. Other merchandise can be purchased also.
 
Other costs:
Players will pay approx $10 per game to play.  Your team manager will arrange the collection of this contribution to the Team Sheet Fee which pays for referees and venue support. Please note this maybe in several amounts over the season ie $50 or $100 at a time.
